Account Closed Days

 

Account Closed Days form allows for defining what days an Account is not generating any vending sales. It is used by the sales forecasting method in the pre-kitting process to exclude those days between services in order to calculate the average daily sales in past periods and hence the predicted sales in future periods.

 

The form allows the selection of a Region, pre-loading the selection if only one Region is available. All Accounts for that Region are loaded into a grid so that Closed days can be maintained against each account.

 

The following data is displayed in the grid:

 

Number, Account, Contact, Phone

The basic Account information is displayed for checking with Accounts what days they are closed.

 

M, Tu, W, Th, F Sa, Su, holidays

The days of the week and any defined holidays have a column of check boxes. Check the box for any week day or holiday where the Account is not open. These checked days/holidays become Closed Days for the Account.
